Folkestone Saturday Market

Kent, England.
Situated over at Pleasure Beach, Folkestone Saturday Market is akin to regular night market that we find over here in Malaysia. The only difference is that the Saturday Market stated off early in the morning, while the night market is self explanatory, really 
I have tons of other photos that I could put here, but I believe you get the idea. There are a lot of things that one could find over there, just like our regular pasar malam/night market, too.
We don’t really go there much, perhaps once a month, mainly because both of us did not want to wake up early to get there. It is, after all, more than half an hour away.
But anyway, maybe I would put up more photos next time around.

Whitley Bay

We took these photos around Whitley(or Whitly) Bay around June in 2006. We stopped by on our back to Kent, and I am glad that we did. That is the St. Mary’s Lighthouse, and it is only like couple of hundred meters away from the beach via a paved way. And when the tides high, you better make sure that you could swim if you wanted to reach the shore heh
We did not stay there too long since the tide changed soon afterwards. I managed to walk midway, and was so absorbs in taking photos that I didn’t realize that I had to move back sooner than expected. It would be nice if I were able to walk up to the lighthouse and take some photos there.

Photos taken around Queensbay Mall. We usually go there to eat over at TGiF or Manhattan Fish Market. We had eaten over at couple of other places, but for the life of me, I couldn’t remember the names.
The place is huge. It would be tiresome to walk from one end to the other, but we did it once or twice before. Tiresome as it was heh.
